About KCL

The Keystone Citizens League (KCL) is an organization made up of residents, condo and home owners and other interested individuals  who take an active interest in our Keystone community.

The organization’s primary objective is to maintain and improve the quality of life in the Keystone area through the following activities:

The KCL Board of Directors maintains frequent formal and informal contact with resort management, County Commissioners, County Road and Bridge personnel, CDOT, National Forest Service representatives and others in order to understand and influence projects and initiatives being considered and proposed. Information on these projects is then disseminated to members.

The Board of the KCL wishes to work with others in the community in a constructive manner, supporting projects beneficial to the Keystone community. The Board of the KCL will oppose projects that may have a negative impact on the quality of life in this area.

The Board of the KCL believes that all of the citizens of Keystone should be offered the opportunity to participate in improving the area. Therefore, the KCL organizes volunteer community projects.
